At eSupply, we're committed to bringing you the best deals possible. We keep a close eye on our competitors' prices to make sure we're always offering you great value. However, if you do happen to find a better price elsewhere, we'd be happy to match it for you.

Please note that our customer service team is available to process your price match requests from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If you contact us outside of these hours, it may take a little longer for us to respond to your request.

When you shop with us, we want to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Please adhere to the following rules if you discover a product and want to price match it on our website:

 

  • It is necessary for the product to be in the same state. For instance, we are unable to price match a used or refurbished item with a brand-new item.
  • The item needs to be in stock and accessible for purchase on the rival's website.
  • The item must be an exact replica of what we sell. This includes the same SKU, or model number.
  • The product must be situated in the UK, include a delivery price, and contain no discount of any kind.
