If you aren't happy with your purchase, neither are we! To try and prevent this from happening we allow customers to return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the item has been opened and used, we may in some circumstances have to charge a restocking fee between 10-15%. This fee may increase if the product is damaged in any way.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much sooner than this. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item:
- Please raise a return from within your account on our website. From here you can choose to return the item(s) along with the reason and whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement. Please use the original packaging where possible when returning the unit to us.
- We will contact you via email and provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Once the item has been processed by our returns team we will provide either a refund or replacement, under the condition that it meets our returns policy.
